At Valley Floral, we prioritize optimal care at every stage of our operation. All florals are immediately placed in fresh water and stored in our cooler unit, ensuring they remain fresh and vibrant, ready to be crafted into stunning arrangements.

HOW WE DO IT

STEP 1: SOURE THE FINEST FLORALS

At Valley Floral, we strive to source the highest quality of florals, both locally and globally. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that we supply beautiful, long lasting florals.

STEP 2: SHIPPING IN A TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED TRUCK

When our globally sourced florals arrive, they are transported in a refrigerated truck to help maintain their freshness. We ensure they are being transported with water to keep them hydrated. 

STEP 3: IMMEDIATE COOLING AND HYDRATION 

Once the florals have arrived at our warehouse, we promptly unload them and place them into the cooler with fresh water. Our advanced cooler maintains a consistent temperature to help the florals retain their shape, colour and longevity. Florals placed in our cooler can last up to approximately two weeks longer compared to those stored at room temperature.

STEP 4: SECURE AND HYDRATED SHIPPING

When the florals are ready to be shipped, we offer overnight shipping to ensure prompt delivery. For local shipments, we have our florals travel in buckets of water to keep the florals happy and healthy. We prioritize safe shipping practices, ensuring our florals are placed correctly and packaged securely.
